PROCEEDS OF SALES FOR SINGAPORE RED CROSS -  CHINA EARTHQUAKE FUND

Pericom to channel its sales proceeds of document scanners towards Sichuan relief and rebuilding efforts.

May 22, 2008 - In response to the devastating effects of the May 12, 2008 earthquake in Sichuan, China, Pericom Imaging (S) Pte Ltd will be donating proceeds of its sales of document scanners to the Singapore Red Cross China Earthquake Fund to help aid the victims of this tragedy.  

Effectively May 22 to June 15, 2008, Pericom will channel part of its sales proceeds from the sale of its range of document scanners to the Red Cross Society towards the Sichuan relief and rebuilding efforts.

”We hope through this effort, we can do our little part to support the rebuilding efforts of Sichuan, and aligned our customers and vendors together for the common goal of fund raising and rebuilding of the areas affected by the earthquake.” Said Mr. Derek Lee, Group CEO of Pericom Group of Companies.
