Pericom's Professional Services Group (PSG) delivers a broad set of services that complement any modules of PericomSolution. Our offerings apply proven practices and industry expertise in the delivery of integrated document management solutions. Our installation and implementation techniques are continually refined in order to deploy solutions as efficiently as possible.

PSG offers system design and implementation services as well as detailed consulting for sophisticated Workflow and Web deployments. Once you have purchased PericomSolution, our PSG team is prepared to work along your side to deploy your solution to meet your business requirements and put your system into production as soon as possible to maximize your return on investment and ensure a successful outcome.

• System design, including review and recommendation of system architecture, hardware, database, etc.
• Complete system onsite configuration and installation, including document types, keywords, input processing, storage, and security. (Please note PSG is not responsible for installing networks, or third party software).
• Detailed Workflow and Web planning, analysis, design and deployment for sophisticated solutions.

These services can be arranged through Pericom's Authorized PericomSolution2000 Provider and/or directly from Pericom/ PSG.
